Product Lifecycle & Platform Governance Specialist

Manage the product lifecycle and releases, and govern platforms and compliance. Core responsibilities: • Defining product strategy and ownership across platforms (Haseel, Ticket Window, FBRMSN, FBR Pay, Salon) • Managing the product lifecycle, platform governance, and user experience • Linking products to agents, business value, and compliance Supporting tasks: • Managing the product roadmap • Measuring adoption and satisfaction • Coordinating releases and launches

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Product Management, or Design • Experience in digital product and platform management • Familiarity with UX governance Skills: • Product management • Design thinking • Usage-data analysis • Coordination and governance
