1. General Framework
FBR Holding is managed via an AI agent ecosystem under strategic human oversight, in line with the National Strategy for Data and AI and SDAIA requirements. AI here is an enabler, not a replacement for the human.
2. Governing Principles
- Human in the decision seat: Sensitive decisions are under explicit human supervision and approval.
- Transparency & explainability: Every impactful automated decision is logged and explainable.
- Pre-deployment governance: No agent ships before its scope, permissions, and oversight gates are defined.
- Data protection: Data is processed per the PDPL, and per cross-border transfer controls when applicable.
- Bias prevention: Agent outputs are periodically tested for bias or systematic error.
- Cybersecurity: Every agent is subject to institutional cybersecurity controls.
3. Permitted Uses
Day-to-day operations management, data analysis, decision support, generation of internal operational content, and management reporting.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Final disciplinary, employment, or legal decisions without human review.
- Generating and publishing official content in the company\'s name without prior approval from the authorized party.
- Processing sensitive personal data without explicit consent and a legal basis.
5. Accountability
Every AI agent has a "human owner" accountable for its performance and outputs, reviewed periodically under the risk-management framework.
